If you do put more cards in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.

NOT Covered:

1. Wear and tear at sides, normally due to friction.
2. Discolouration (might comes due to in contact with chemicals).
3. Minor scratches on leather and metals.
4. Dotted on the surface. It is normal for the genuine leather to have irregularities on the surfaces such as dotted or minor crease.Major

Unfortunately, JOVI Care+ is only valid with the same invoice as the purchase and is entitled only with the main product.

It is very unlikely to happen. However, if it still happens, we will send a new replacement unit within 2 business days.

JOVICare+ will cover everything under normal warranty, except it is now covered much longer (24 months).

In addition, JOVICare+ will provide extra protection for your delivery to prevent from any damages during transport.
