Tracking number will be sent via email/SMS by courier service once your order has been processed. Normally it will take up to 3 working days before you will get the email.
At the moment, we partnered with Ninjavan courier service. However, this can change anytime depending on situation.
Delivery will normally take up to 5-7 working days. However, please allow for a slight delay to East Malaysia regions.

Yes, you can request for different courier. However, a small fee of RM15 will be charged for processing fee.
We do not encourage any amendments of details once order is placed as it may cause unwanted delays. However, depending on the status of your order, we may be able to amend your shipping details.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to the address.
Unfortunately no. All warranty claims must be made via email for proper documentation by our support team. All the cases will be carefully investigated for future improvements.
Our products are covered by a 369 Days warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff your wallets. If you do put more cards in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.
- Faulty in materials/workmanship.
- Broken hardwares due to natural causes.
- Wear and tear at sides, normally due to friction.
- Discolouration (might comes due to in contact with chemicals).
- Minor scratches on leather and metals.
- Dotted on the surface. It is normal for the genuine leather to have irregularities on the surfaces such as dotted or minor crease.
The shipping cost to return the item will be borne by the customer. However we will cover the shipping cost to resend the replacement item.

- Defect sale items.
We aim to process all claims within 5 working days of receiving your email. The management reserves the rights to reject any warranty claims at our discretion.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 10 days of delivery for replacement.
The colour of dust bag, envelope, ribbon or wish card might differ from time to time and product. This will change based on production and printing suppliers we used. For this particular case, we do not accept exchanges or refunds.

Disclaimer → The colour might be a little bit different in the pictures due to lighting effects, and please allow for +/- 1cm size variation due to manufacturing process.
In some rare cases, we do offer refund if you received a faulty item and there is no more stocks available to replace. In most cases, replacement will be made with same product variation.
All the shipping costs to return to us will be borne by customers.
All SALE/Clearance items are non-returnables.
Orders with 30pcs and above are categorised as bulk order or corporate gifting. These orders are entitled to special pricing structure. Get in touch with us, we will make it happen for you.
No, shipping service is a complimentary from us. We can even arrange for lalamove/grab for corporate orders within Klang valley.
Yes, bulk orders are also entitled for 369 Days Warranty.
All items will be packed separately in a gift box together with ribbon and wish card (optional). Paper bag will also be provided if required.
